Monday: 12:30 - 2:00pm - All Levels with Yoga Nidra 
Tuesday: 5:00 - 6:00pm - Restorative 
Wednesday: 12:30 - 2:00pm - All Levels with Yoga Nidra 
Friday: 10:00 - 11:30am Flow, Restore and Yoga Nidra 

All classes end with Yoga Nidra meditation.
